Maintenance and Repairs

Sabre Transport requires scheduled routine checking and maintenance
to be carried out on all plant on a daily, weekly and monthly regime by
various staff members.

All appropriate staff has been trained and are made responsible for the
schedule. These checklists need to be submitted on a weekly basis and
problems reported daily to management.

Because we keep all schedules on record this ensures that all faulty
equipment is dealt with in an appropriate manner and Occupational Health
and Safety is maintained. Faults and reoccurring problems can be traced,
identified and repaired faster to prevent more serious problems taking the
truck off the road longer term.

We also have our own private workshop were the trucks are repaired by our
mechanic who has been with us for many years and a team of long standing
reliable suppliers for repairs that need more skilled labour and equipment.
Because of these continuous and longstanding relationships with our suppliers
they are most co-operative at getting our trucks back on the road as soon as
possible cutting our downtime and yours to a minimum.

Our mechanic is responsible for major truck and crane audits once a quarter
and records are kept and faults identified and repaired.

It is within our Marketing Policy to maintain the trucks in a professional
manner and all trucks are scheduled to be painted every three years keeping
them fresh and looking new for your customers.
