Your privacy is of the utmost importance and is part of our Code of Practice that every employee is bound by.

It is a part of our policy that all staff sign a Confidentiality Argreement to protect your information and ensure that all staff understand the importance of your privacy, our customer.

It is our mission to assign drivers to individual customers and prevent the crossing over of staff to the best of our ability. This ensures that you will receive the same driver working at your depot on a daily basis whom is familiar with your environment and customers allowing privacy to be maintained.

It is our practice to identify who it is we are to communicate with in every company so that we make appropriate contact in all situations.

Your current records are maintained with password protected access and all archives are stored at a different location from the place of work with minimal and restricted access.

The future only gets better as we are developing an online accounting system for you which will enable your staff to access your information at the press of a button. This information will be password protected and all emails sent only to specified addresses.
